About the Role

We are seeking a Field Implementation Lead / Manager to oversee client-side deployments and ensure successful execution of on-site projects. This role involves leading and mentoring a team of Field Engineers/QA Specialists, coordinating with clients, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at the highest quality standards.

As the on-site lead, you will represent the company during deployments, resolve escalations, and drive operational excellence across all client implementations.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Oversight

  • Lead and supervise a team of Field/QA Engineers during client deployments.
  • Ensure the team follows project plans, installation checklists, and quality protocols.
  • Provide on-site guidance, mentoring, and performance feedback.

Project Execution & Delivery

  • Plan and coordinate site activities in alignment with project timelines.
  • Monitor progress, proactively resolve bottlenecks, and ensure on-time completion.
  • Conduct final verification of installations and QA sign-offs before client handover.

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary on-site point of contact for clients during implementations.
  • Communicate project progress, challenges, and resolutions effectively to stakeholders.
  • Escalate critical issues to senior management and propose actionable solutions.

Quality Assurance & Reporting

  • Oversee QA checks and validation of installations.
  • Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and client requirements.
  • Prepare detailed progress reports, site documentation, and closure reports for management.

Coordination & Compliance

  • Liaise with internal project managers and back-office support for scheduling, logistics, and resource planning.
  • Enforce company safety standards and ensure the team adheres to client-site protocols.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Engineering, IT, or related technical field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in on-site implementation, QA, or field engineering, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide field staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi required; regional languages a plus).
  • Ability to manage client expectations and resolve escalations professionally.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (80-90%) across India and abroad.
