Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate, dispatch, and monitor all aspects of the Field Installation process per the Installation Agreements and with the guidance of the Team Lead.
• Collaborate for success, engaging and partnering at all levels of the organization and across global, cross-functional teams to facilitate the implementation of IIoT products that deliver robust and reliable technical solutions to remotely monitor and manage Industrial assets.
• Drive growth and transformation, enabling mission-critical improvements and innovation in efficiency, profitability, service, and safety and ensuring quality product/service with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
• Work smart and with an elevated level of professionalism to create a positive and helpful customer experience, providing the first line of communication and support for our growing team of Field Technicians, and handling the resolution/escalation of issues as needed.
• Accurately track and document Customer Information & Contracts, Contractor Inventory & Invoices, Product Installation/Project Statuses, and all other relevant details in Microsoft Excel, ensuring that the Install team’s data is complete and correct and maintaining Anova’ privacy and confidentially standards.
• Pull daily reports and perform Data Analysis, delivering daily job progress updates to customers and working cross-functionally with various internal teams and departments (Hardware Engineering, Software Development, Production, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, etc.) to request information or status updates.

What you’ll need to succeed:

Minimum Requirements -

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office (Excel)
• A keen eye for detail, an innate drive to improve the 'status quo,' and an approach to problem-solving that is both methodical and innovative — when something goes wrong, you don’t panic; you embrace the need to think outside the box and solve and resolve problems on your own
• Proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office — Excel basics are a must; intermediate skills (VLOOKUP, IF, CONCATENATE, etc.) are a plus!

Physical Requirements -

• Ability to perform typical office tasks, including sitting or standing for extended periods, using a computer, communicating effectively, and occasionally lifting light items
