We are looking for a Field Instrument Specialist with the following requirements:
Key Responsibilities

Estimate quantities and costs for instrumentation materials during bidding.

Review client specifications and define instrumentation design basis.

Prepare technical documentation, specifications, datasheets, and drawings.

Validate vendor calculations and sizing for control/safety valves and measurement elements.

Coordinate subcontractor engineering and 3D modelling activities.

Support FAT at vendor locations and provide site assistance during construction and commissioning.

Contribute to project proposals, technical evaluations, and engineering reports.

Close coordination with engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
Office-based with potential travel to vendor sites and construction locations.
- Experience Required: 5–15 years

Proficient in instrumentation design principles and engineering documentation workflows.

Proficiency in Smart plant Instrumentation

Knowledge of international instrumentation standards, codes, and practices.

Skilled in estimating quantities, man-hours, and material costs.

Capable of vendor management, bid evaluation, and subcontractor coordination.

Experienced in P&ID mechanization, equipment sizing, and 3D modelling supervision.

Familiarity with engineering software tools and document management systems.

Knowledge of HSE best practices and post-order material handling.

Engineering software for 2D/3D modelling and design documentation.

Tools for procurement, reporting, document control, and P&ID generation..

Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, or related engineering field.

EPC project experience is desirable.

Exposure to vendor FAT, material inspection, and engineering site support..
