Field Investigator

We are seeking a professional skilled field investigator to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in investigations, any prior law enforcement experience is a plus for consideration. This role involves in-person contact interviews and fact finding leads in the field to locate defaulted auto assets/collateral while ensuring thorough assessments, and providing exceptional client service. The field investigator will be responsible for checking through multiple addresses daily locating auto assets, while maintaining safety and compliance throughout the investigation process.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field investigations of addresses for defaulted assets
• Update findings of addresses on tablet operating systems
• Assist recovery agents in locating defaulted collateral
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Manage conflicts effectively while maintaining a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate reporting and documentation of findings.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in investigations or Law Enforcement.
• Strong knowledge of various auto makes and models.
• Excellent conflict management skills with a focus on client customer service.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in the field.
