Salary/Hourly Rate:$22.00-$23.00/hourThe Field Lead position will oversee all job site activities and ensure that participant workers are trained appropriately for their site (i.e. personal safety, use of equipment, body mechanics, PPE, reporting of accidents/injuries, etc.). This position ensures that the logistics of the sites are managed (transportation, food, equipment), and keeps in close contact with the Program Manager, Case Managers, and Employment Specialists for coordination. This position will shop for food and supplies needed, and prepare lunches as needed.
Maintains service notes and documentation in required databases (Setworks and HMIS).

This is an outdoor position with limited shelter from seasonal weather.
Travel: Daily driving to and from locations, mostly with company vehicles. If you must use your own vehicle for company business, mileage costs will be reimbursed at the approved rate.
