Field Lead - Small Projects & Landscaping Division

ROLE OVERVIEW

This position is responsible for managing small to mid-sized field projects, overseeing field staff performance and training, and ensuring high quality workmanship while delivering exceptional service to company customers.

REPONSIBLITIES

• Manage and supervise field staff to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
• Train and mentor field staff on landscaping techniques, equipment operation, safety procedures, and quality expectations.
• Coordinate and manage a high volume of small to mid-size projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and team members to ensure excellent service and project satisfaction.
• Inspect job sites regularly to maintain quality control and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment on all job sites.
• Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and trustworthiness in all aspects of the role.
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with company policies and safety standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record preferred.
• Prior landscaping, construction, or outdoor labor experience required.
• Previous leadership or crew supervision experience is preferred.
• Ability to train, lead, and motivate field crews effectively.
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment and trucks safely.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical outdoor work in various weather conditions.
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy with a strong work ethic.
• Basic problem-solving skills and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
