Education and Experience
Formal Education: High School diploma or GED
Experience: 12-18 months of experience in related field or preventative maintenance experience.
Required / Credentials
Able to easily and effectively comprehend written material and communicate orally and in writing with employees and customers.
A valid driver’s license accompanied by a clear motor vehicle record (MVR)
Prior experience working autonomously/independently in a related technical role.
Not Required but Highly Desired Criteria
Proficient in the use of a computer, Microsoft Office products and relevant Dealer software programs.
Updating of Knowledge
Job requirements frequently change requiring re-training once or more per year.
