Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, conducting product presentations, and closing sales.

As we currently do not have an office or workspace in your region, you will be required to work from home for administrative and calling tasks — such as scheduling meetings — and then conduct on-field client visits for product demonstrations and sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and online research.
  • Conduct regular on-field client meetings to promote and explain Articlad’s product range.
  • Call and align meetings from home to plan daily field visits.
  • Maintain a structured client database and sales report.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
  • Meet monthly sales and visit targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for order processing and delivery coordination.
  • Provide feedback from the market and suggest sales strategies for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum Graduate (any discipline).
  • Experience: 1–3 years in field sales, preferably in building materials, interiors, or construction industry.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation and client-handling abilities
  • Self-driven with good time management
  • Comfortable working independently without office support
  • Must have a two-wheeler and smartphone.

Working Mode:

  • Work-from-home for calling & meeting scheduling
  • On-field job profile (client visits and meetings are mandatory)

Salary:

Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
2.40LPA to 4LPA

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
