Position Summary

We are looking for energetic and driven Field Marketing Canvassers to join our team at SRA Roofing & Gutters. As a Field Marketing Canvasser, your primary role will be to engage with homeowners in targeted areas, promote our roofing services, and generate high-quality leads for our sales team. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, enjoy working outdoors, and have a strong desire to contribute to the growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Knock on doors, introduce potential clients to SRA, and explain our roofing services.
• Identify and qualify leads by gathering information from homeowners about their roofing needs.

• Maintain positive relationships with homeowners and educate them about the benefits of our services.
• Keep track of your canvassing activities, report progress, and meet lead generation goals.
• Ensure accurate documentation of all interactions with homeowners.
• Comply with company canvassing policies, safety procedures, and local regulations.
• Assist in maintaining the organization of materials and supplies for the canvassing team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
• Previous experience in sales, canvassing, or customer service is preferred, but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build trust and communicate clearly with homeowner and team members
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Valid driver’s license, a satisfactory driving record, and reliable transportation is required.
• The standard workweek is Monday through Friday, with the flexibility to work weekends when necessary to support business needs.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
