Job Summary

Contec Solutions is seeking a dynamic and result-driven Field Marketing Executive to promote company services, generate quality leads and enhance brand visibility through on-ground marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to promote company services
• Generate leads through direct marketing, referrals and local networking
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners
• Conduct market surveys and collect competitor information
• Coordinate with internal sales and operations teams for lead conversion
• Maintain daily activity reports and submit MIS to management
• Represent the company professionally in the market

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 0–3 years of experience in field marketing or sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets

Skills Required

• Field marketing and lead generation
• Client handling and negotiation skills
• Time management and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
