Job Summary

The Field Marketing Executive – Healthcare is responsible for executing on-ground marketing initiatives to promote healthcare services,The role focuses on building relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, hospitals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute field marketing activities targeting hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare professionals
  • Plan and manage on-ground campaigns such as health camps, CMEs, awareness programs, and medical events
  • Support sales teams by generating qualified leads and strengthening HCP (Doctor, Nurse, Pharmacist) engagement
  • Coordinate with hospitals, distributors, and vendors for marketing activities and event execution
  • Collect market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback from the field
  • Maintain accurate records of field activities, leads, and expenses in CRM or reporting systems
  • Track campaign effectiveness and submit regular activity and performance reports
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and professional conduct at all times
  • Visualize and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies
  • Communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships
  • Help with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns
  • Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media), exhibitions and promotional events
  • Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication
  • Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
  • Organize and attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions source and secure sponsorship
  • Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
  • Identify potential referral sources and conduct further follow up
  • Preparing budget estimations and getting necessary approvals for various marketing campaigns
  • Build a good rapport with the internal and external consultants

Job Specifications:

  • Qualification: BSc/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience as marketing executive, preferably in hospitals or similar industry
  • Technical Skills / Job related skills: MS Office, CRM software, knowledge on various social media platforms and Web Analytics tools, Marketing research techniques
  • Management Skills: Be a good team player, maintain good people relations, Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Communication Skills: Good command over English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
