Location: Pathankot
Experience: 0–3 Years (Field Marketing / Sales Preferred)
Salary: Fixed + Incentives (Based on Performance)
Job Type: Full-Time | 6 Days Working

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Field Marketing Executive to handle on-ground marketing activities and generate student leads for our Educational Institute.

This is a 100% Field Job (Outdoor Marketing).

Key Responsibilities:

• Pamphlet distribution in targeted areas
• Conduct canopy activities and roadshows
• Door-to-door marketing campaigns
• Visit schools, colleges & local markets for promotions
• Organize and promote seminars & career counselling sessions
• Generate daily leads and maintain lead data
• Area-wise marketing planning and execution
• Coordinate with the admission team for follow-ups
• Achieve monthly lead generation targets

Eligibility:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate
• Freshers with good communication can apply
• Experience in field marketing, BTL activities, or sales will be an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
