Job Title: Field Marketing Executive – Commercial Interior & Exterior Construction

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Marketing Executive with experience in commercial interior and exterior construction. The candidate will be responsible for site visits, client acquisition, lead generation, and promoting our construction and interior solutions across Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through field visits, site visits, and direct client meetings
• Promote commercial interior & exterior construction services
• Meet architects, builders, contractors, and business owners
• Identify new business opportunities in the Bangalore market
• Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into projects
• Coordinate with the design and project team for client requirements
• Maintain daily visit reports and marketing activity reports
• Achieve monthly business targets

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in commercial interior/exterior construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction materials and project processes
• Kannada language mandatory (fluent speaking required)
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Must be willing to travel within Bangalore for field marketing
• Two-wheeler preferred
• Immediate joiners highly preferred
• Candidate must be based in Bangalore

Preferred Skills:

• Existing network with architects, contractors, and builders
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated

Salary: As per industry standards + Performance Incentives

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
