We're looking for a motivated Marketing Executive to join our Pune team, focusing on field work for civil projects. You'll promote our waterproofing solutions to architects, engineers, contractors, and builders, generating leads and driving business growth.

*Responsibilities:*

- Meet clients, architects, and builders to promote our services

- Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities

- Conduct site visits and surveys

- Build relationships with existing clients and stakeholders

- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts

*Requirements:*

- 1-2 years of experience in marketing or sales (civil industry preferred)

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and meet targets

- Knowledge of Pune's construction industry is a plus
