Field Marketing Executive – Healthcare / Lab Services

Nayab Labs & Diagnostic Centre is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Field Marketing Executive to promote our diagnostic services, build strong relationships with clinics, hospitals, and corporate clients, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good knowledge of laboratory services, and the ability to work independently in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote Nayab Labs’ diagnostic services to clinics, hospitals, doctors, and corporate clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Conduct regular field visits to generate leads and convert them into clients.
• Present service offerings, packages, and new tests to potential partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop marketing strategies.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Prepare daily/weekly visit reports and meet assigned targets.
• Assist in organizing health camps, awareness sessions, and corporate activities.
• Maintain updated knowledge of lab tests, profiles, and promotions.

Required Qualifications

• Education: BS MLT (Medical Laboratory Technology) or relevant healthcare/biomedical field.
• 1–3 years of experience in healthcare or diagnostic marketing (fresh candidates with strong communication skills may also apply).
• Strong understanding of laboratory operations and basic medical terminology.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in field environments.
