Roofing Pups is building a top-performing canvassing team, and we’re hiring a Canvassing Manager who can lead from the front, level up reps, and drive results. This role is perfect for someone competitive, confident, and hungry for growth.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of door-to-door reps
• Coach reps to generate quality leads in targeted neighborhoods
• Set daily expectations, monitor performance, and maintain accountability
• Drive KPIs, keep energy high, and model winning behaviors
• Build a strong team culture focused on growth, discipline, and results

What You Bring

• Proven D2D or sales leadership experience
• Strong communicator with the ability to influence and inspire
• Competitive mindset (athlete/military background is a plus)
• High standards, strong work ethic, and leadership presence
• Ability to coach, correct, and elevate team performance
