Field Marketing Manager (Inland Empire, CA)

The BD&J PC Law Firm (dba Law Tigers), an established California law firm seeks a highly energetic and self-motivated “team player” to assist in its Law Tigers field marketing operations. Law Tigers is a national association of independent law firms in various states that represent motorcycle riders. The candidate will assist in marketing initiatives at numerous motorcycle events, clubs, and motorcycle shops in the Inland Empire, CA to build the Law Tigers brand by connecting with riders in the region.

The candidate will primarily visit motorcycle shops on a regular basis, work with riding clubs and attend weekday and weekend motorcycle events throughout the year in Inland Empire, California. The goal is to partner with the shops, support their business and educate them on Law Tigers. This position requires the individual to work and thrive in public settings when talking to people at shops, clubs, and events. We are seeking someone who has a positive attitude and is hard working. The candidate must be personable, approachable, efficient, and have the ability to excel at promoting our brand and services to the public, clubs, and motorcycle shops. With experience and proven results in asking for the sale.

This position also requires someone who is willing to work flexible hours and weekends regularly, especially during the motorcycle event season. The position involves physical labor, including the setup and breakdown of event and trade show equipment. Enthusiasm for motorcycles and motorcyclists is a must.

The role requires working cooperatively with a wide variety of people. This position could evolve over time and requires someone who has initiative, drive, and the ability to improve upon one’s skills.

The position also includes extensive driving routes throughout Inland Empire, California, with approximately 40-50 overnight stays throughout the year.

Qualifications:

· Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

· Proven ability to ask for the sale.

· Strong follow-up and organizational skills.

· Detail oriented with the ability to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously.

· Marketing and/or Public Relations experience required.

· Experience managing budgets.

· Experience managing inventory.

· Positive “can-do” attitude.

· Knowledge and ability to conduct web research.

· Knowledge and ability to engage in local social media marketing

· Ability to learn and use new online productivity tools, such as a CRM effectively.

· Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and EXCEL)

· Excellent driving record.

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
