Field Marketing Representative – Performance Based

Job Summary
Color Theory Painting is a fast-growing, locally owned painting company specializing in high-quality exterior and interior residential painting. We are building a motivated team to support our continued growth throughout Oshkosh and surrounding communities.

We are hiring Field Marketing Representatives to generate residential painting leads through in-person neighborhood outreach. This is a performance-based, commission-only role focused strictly on lead generation. You will not be responsible for estimating or closing projects — our team handles pricing and sales.

This position offers strong earning potential and opportunity for advancement as the company grows.

Duties

• Canvass targeted residential neighborhoods
• Speak directly with homeowners about painting services
• Generate and log qualified estimate appointments
• Collect accurate homeowner contact information
• Represent the company professionally in the field
• Maintain consistent weekly activity levels

• Requirements
• Weekend availability required
• Weekday availability between 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM flexability avaliable
• Minimum of 15 hours per week, within marketing times
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Positive, professional attitude
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Sales experience is a plus but not required. Training and scripts are provided.

Pay: $20,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
