Field marketing & Sales Executive

We are hiring a Field Marketing Executive who can market, sell, collect orders, and deliver perfume stock to retailers, resellers, and partners. This role is 100% field-based and directly impacts sales. If you can’t handle targets, stock responsibility, or customer follow-ups, don’t apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit perfume shops, cosmetics stores, gift shops, salons, and distributors

• Promote Luxavya perfume collections and explain product benefits

• Generate orders and send/deliver stock to shops

• Handle order booking, stock handover, and basic billing coordination

• Maintain accurate stock movement records (sent / delivered / pending)

• Collect payments (cash/UPI) as per company policy

• Ensure proper product display at retail outlets

• Build long-term relationships with shop owners and resellers

• Share market feedback, pricing info, and competitor activity

• Achieve sales and distribution targets

Stock Handling Responsibilities

• Carry perfume stock safely during field visits

• Deliver correct quantities to the right outlets

• Take acknowledgment after stock delivery

• Report damaged, returned, or unsold stock immediately

• Maintain daily stock and sales reports

Stock responsibility is mandatory. Carelessness = rejection.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 10th / Plus Two / Any degree

• Good communication in local language (English is a plus)

• Basic understanding of sales and customer handling

• Physically fit for daily travel and field work

• Honest, disciplined, and detail-oriented (especially with stock)

• Smartphone knowledge (WhatsApp, Google Maps, basic reporting)

Experience

• Freshers can apply (training provided)

• Experience in field sales, FMCG, cosmetics, or perfume sales is a big advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,516.30 per month
