Field Marketing Specialist

LOCATION

This position may be performed remotely. The role does not require consistent travel, but this role will be asked to travel for department wide meeting or Scooter’s Coffee Conferences. This may include travel to Omaha, NE, where Scooter’s Coffee is headquartered.

DESCRIPTION

The Field Marketing Specialist, Franchise Support will help with and support the communication of Scooter’s Coffee franchise system. The scope of the role includes being the main point of contact for franchisee questions. They will also being responsible for setting up local store promotions, SOCi content approval, maintaining and adjusting information included in online listings, managing and submitting creative requests from field, partner with field marketing manager on marketing shop website & SCRC field marketing tickets.

This role reports to the Director of Field Marketing. Key outcomes for this role are to deliver exceptional customer interactions and create memorable brand experiences for our franchisees and cross functional partners. Ultimately, success will be reflected in the positive perception and growth of the Scooter’s Coffee brand across field marketing initiatives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as a key point of contact between the Field Marketing Team, franchisees, and local store teams to support marketing initiatives and customer engagement strategies.
  • Assist franchise owners with the planning and execution of local marketing campaigns, community partnerships, and promotional activities.
  • Provide exceptional internal customer service to franchise partners by responding promptly to marketing-related questions, requests, and feedback.
  • Support the coordination and distribution of marketing materials, signage, and promotional assets to stores and field teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of local marketing activities, budgets, and results to help evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Assist in collecting and analyzing customer and franchisee feedback to identify opportunities for improved brand engagement.
  • Help prepare reports, presentations, and summaries of marketing efforts to share with leadership and franchise owners.
  • Uphold Scooter’s Coffee brand standards across all local marketing touchpoints and ensure franchisees have the resources to do the same.
  • Contribute to a positive, service-oriented culture that supports franchise growth and strengthens brand presence in local communities.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business
  • At least 1-3 years of marketing/advertising experience
  • Strong project management, time management and organization skills
  • Strong, confident communicator who understands that the details matter.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
  • Ability to manage deadlines and milestones across multiple simultaneous project
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working with Excel, PowerPoint, Word and project management tools including Smartsheet and SharePoint
  • Ability to travel a minimum of 10% to 20% of the time
  • Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening
