Field Marketing Staff – Construction Materials

Role Overview:

We are hiring Field Marketing Staff to promote construction materials—especially TMT rods—to B2B clients and government departments. The role involves extensive travelling and direct field interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit and approach engineers, architects, builders, contractors, and government officials

Promote TMT rods and other construction materials

Identify new project opportunities and generate leads

Conduct site visits and provide basic product information

Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients

Prepare simple daily/weekly reports on visits and inquiries

Requirements:

Civil Engineer / Diploma Civil / Marketing graduate

1–2 years of field sales or marketing experience (construction field preferred)

Strong communication and client-handling skills

Must be comfortable with extensive travelling and driving

Own two-wheeler/vehicle is mandatory

Salary: Based on experience + allowances

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
