Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketer to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for a creative professional with a strong background in digital and multichannel marketing strategies, including SEO, social media marketing, and advertising sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing targeted marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and supporting brand awareness initiatives across various platforms. Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive multichannel marketing campaigns utilizing SEO, social media platforms, email marketing, and print advertising.
  • Manage advertising sales efforts by identifying new opportunities and maintaining relationships with clients.
  • Create engaging content for digital channels including websites built on WordPress, HTML-based landing pages, and social media platforms like Facebook Advertising.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to design promotional materials and visual content that align with brand standards.
  • Conduct research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Google AdWords to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Manage marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns and improve performance marketing initiatives.
  • Support product management activities by coordinating promotional strategies for new product launches or updates.
  • Track budgets for various campaigns ensuring efficient allocation of resources across digital marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies that enhance B2B marketing efforts and drive product sales.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing including SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, and performance marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of advertising sales techniques and experience with Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, and Google Analytics.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress, HTML, and email marketing platforms.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and print advertising strategies.
  • Ability to conduct thorough research and craft compelling copywriting tailored for diverse audiences.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time
