Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing to execute marketing strategies directly in the field. This role involves engaging with customers, promoting our services, and building brand awareness through face-to-face interactions and local events.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute field marketing campaigns in assigned territories.
• Represent the brand at events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and local communities.
• Distribute marketing materials and provide service demonstrations.
• Gather market insights, customer feedback, and competitor information.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align field activities with overall strategy.
• Track and report campaign performance metrics.

Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
• Relevant experience in construction/home services marketing (preferred).
• Knowledge in Brand promotions & Lead generations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain the customer relationship.
• Ability to work independently and travel frequently.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1-2 Years.
• Two-wheeler mandatory.
• Immediate joiner preferred.
• Preferred Chennai candidates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
