Field Medical Marketing Associate
About Us:
Western Vascular Institute is a busy and growing vascular clinic dedicated to providing exceptional care to patients across Arizona. With four established locations while actively focused on expanding our outreach and looking for a dynamic Field Medical Marketing Associate to help us grow our brand and strengthen our community presence.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Medical Marketing Associate to lead in-field marketing efforts, build relationships with medical offices, hospitals, and community organizations, and drive patient referrals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, experience in the medical field, and a proven ability to generate growth through strategic outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-field marketing to physicians and medical offices across the valley
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our services and patient care
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources and community partners
- Coordinate advertising, public relations, and social media campaigns
- Analyze market trends and patient data to identify growth opportunities
- Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices
Qualifications:
- Field marketing experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, or 2+ years of medical experience/medical terminology
- Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience with digital marketing (social media, email, SEO/SEM)
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools
