Responsible for managing patient care and treatment (in person, telephonically and/or video).

We’re seeking a Field Nurse Practitioner to provide compassionate, high-quality care to patients across various community-based settings. This is not a remote position — you’ll deliver in-person care throughout your assigned area, Clark County, traveling to patient locations as needed.
Primary Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive primary and acute care to patients in Assisted Living, Memory Care, Hospice, and Group Home settings in Clark County.

Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess and manage patients’ health conditions.

Deliver health education, counseling, and disease prevention guidance to promote wellness.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals as part of an interdisciplinary care team.

Develop, document, and update individualized care plans.

Prescribe medications and other appropriate treatments in accordance with licensure and scope of practice.

Participate in the on-call rotation, which may include weekend or holiday coverage.
Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) required.

Minimum of 1 year of related nurse practitioner experience preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

Active, unrestricted RN and NP licenses in NV.

Satisfactory completion of a Tuberculosis test (required).

Compensation
$108,466.00
to
$162,698.00
