Field Operation Executive

Location: Kochi

The Field Operations Executive is responsible for on-ground execution, monitoring, and maintenance of bus shelter advertising sites. The role ensures timely installation, quality upkeep, compliance, and coordination with vendors and authorities to deliver effective outdoor advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute installation, replacement, and removal of advertisements at bus shelters as per campaign schedules.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure ads are properly displayed, clean, illuminated (if applicable), and damage-free.
• Coordinate with printing vendors, installers, electricians, and maintenance teams for smooth execution.
• Monitor campaign compliance and ensure correct creatives are displayed at assigned locations.
• Report damages, vandalism, missing posters, or structural issues and arrange prompt rectification.
• Liaise with local authorities, bus depot officials, and municipal bodies when required.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, site photos, checklists, and daily activity reports.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and company guidelines during field operations.
• Support audits, client visits, and proof-of-display (POD) documentation.
• Travel extensively within the assigned area for daily field checks.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate / Diploma in any discipline (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in field operations, outdoor advertising, or media operations preferred.
• Good knowledge of city routes, bus shelters, and local areas.
• Basic understanding of printing materials, flex, vinyl, and lighting systems.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight timelines.
• Basic smartphone usage for photos, reports, and communication.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in OOH / Outdoor / Transit Media.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings or late evenings.
• Two-wheeler preferred for field mobility.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹28,563.67 per month
