Field Operation Manager ( Market Research )

Job description:

We are looking for a Field Manager – Operations to lead and manage fieldwork activities for various projects. You will be responsible for planning, team coordination, training, budgeting, and ensuring high-quality data collection. This role requires someone who is organized, a good leader, and experienced in field operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage fieldwork activities across multiple locations
• Should have team to complete the projects.
• Create project timelines and control fieldwork costs
• Draft and review questionnaires and field tools
• Hire, train, and manage field staff and supervisors
• Ensure proper field methods and quality checks are followed
• Monitor field performance and solve day-to-day issues
• Report progress to senior management and keep records updated
