Affordable Striping is seeking a motivated, organized, and hands-on Field Operations and Safety Coordinator to support our field crews and help improve daily operations across our paving maintenance and striping projects throughout the Las Vegas area.

This is not a traditional corporate construction safety role. We are looking for someone who can help lead by example, hold teams accountable, improve organization and consistency in the field, and support safe, quality control, efficient operations without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.

Our crews perform parking lot striping, signage installation, sealcoat support, crackseal operations, and related pavement maintenance services for commercial, industrial, HOA, and private clients.

What You’ll Do

• Support field crews with day-to-day operational accountability
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and crew performance
• Help maintain organization of vehicles, trailers, tools, and equipment
• Reinforce company standards for cleanliness, professionalism, and jobsite readiness
• Conduct routine field visits and basic safety checklists
• Assist with vehicle and equipment oversight
• Work alongside foremen to improve communication and team performance
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and organization across operations
• Promote safe work practices related to vehicles, equipment, and hot materials operations

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and people skills
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
• Ability to motivate crews while maintaining accountability
• Practical field mindset with common-sense problem solving
• Comfortable working around construction environments and outdoor conditions
• Experience in construction, pavement maintenance, striping, landscaping, logistics, or field operations preferred
• Prior leadership, crew coordination, or operations experience is a plus
• Bilingual English and Spanish required
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required
• Early morning start times

About the Work

Our crews typically complete multiple smaller jobs per day, including:

• Installing signs in new developments
• Striping small commercial parking lots
• Restripe work over sealcoat
• Supporting larger phased warehouse and commercial projects

Safety concerns are generally centered around vehicle operation, equipment handling, and hot crackseal materials. This role focuses more on operational consistency, team performance, organization, quality control and accountability than heavy regulatory safety management.
