Field & Operations Assistant/Apprentice (Property Loss / Claims)

We are looking for a motivated, reliable person who wants to learn a highly specialized and in-demand career in property damage investigation, estimating, and claims consulting.

This role is a hands-on apprenticeship working directly with the owner of a small consulting firm. Over time you will learn how complex property losses are investigated, documented, and analyzed.

Training will include exposure to:

• Property damage inspections (fire, water, freeze, environmental)
• Damage documentation and investigation
• Estimating and scope development
• Technical report writing
• Drone photography and aerial documentation
• Thermal imaging and moisture detection
• Professional photography and documentation
• Claims file review and analysis

We are willing to pay for training and certifications for the right person who wants to grow into this field.

Pay: $10.00 - $35.00 per hour
