Responsible for understanding, upholding, and promoting the Everus 4EVER Strategy.

Responsible for all aspects of manpower requirements, including personnel acquisition, assignments, and terminations.
Provides high-level supervision for site labor personnel. Assigns, trains, and supervises General Foreman and/or Foreman for job sites.
Acts as liaison to the labor union.
Works with Project Managers, General Foreman and Foreman to ensure projects are staffed to meet the schedule and composite crew rates.
Coordinates job progress with Project Managers.
Participates in project kick-off meetings to understand how jobs were bid and communicates the information to site personnel and ensures the information is incorporated into installation planning.
Mentors and trains new employees.
Ensures company safety policies and procedures are followed. Investigates, reports, and corrects safety-related incidents in conjunction with the safety team.
Works closely with varying members of Bombard Mechanical’s accounting and project management departments to ensure project job costs and project tracking are on target.
Required to maintain a valid driver’s license.
Perform additional assignments as assigned.
