The Opportunity

We are hiring a Field Operations Manager to take ownership of daily field operations. This is a hands-on leadership role combining cleaning, training, and team oversight.

This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and wants to grow into a long-term management role within a company.

Core ResponsibilitiesField Execution & Quality Control

• Perform residential, commercial, and construction cleaning at a high level
• Take ownership of maintaining and improving quality standards
• Conduct job site walkthroughs and ensure all work meets expectations

Team Leadership & Training

• Train and onboard new hires
• Lead teams on job sites and provide real-time feedback
• Support team performance and consistency

Operations & Problem-Solving

• Act as a point of contact for day-to-day field issues
• Step in to cover shifts or assist when needed
• Keep jobs on schedule and communicate updates

Requirements

• Previous cleaning experience required (residential preferred)
• Leadership or management experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Availability between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Willingness to travel between job sites
• Comfortable transporting team members when needed
• Strong communication, reliability, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to take initiative and work independently

Preferred (Not Required)

• Willingness to participate in an on-call weekend rotation (as needed)
• Interest in long-term growth within the company

Compensation & Benefits

• $25–$38/hour based on experience and leadership ability
• Tips from clients (additional earning potential)
• Weekly pay
