Field Operations Technician

Sierra Chemicals has supported oil and gas facilities across the U.S. since 1995 by providing safe, reliable industrial cleaning services. Our teams work on midstream and refinery sites using proven methods like hydroblasting and CIP to keep critical equipment operating safely and efficiently.

We are growing our field teams and looking for motivated individuals who want to learn about the industry, work with their hands, and build a long-term career in industrial and oil & gas operations.

What You’ll Do:

· Perform industrial cleaning services, including hydroblasting, fin fan cleaning, and CIP processes

· Assist with equipment setup, operation, and teardown under supervision

· Work as part of a crew structure on midstream and refinery job sites

· Follow all site-specific safety rules, permits, and procedures

· Travel to job sites 2–3 weeks at a time (or longer) across multiple states

· Work in outdoor and industrial environments, including heat, cold, and physically demanding conditions

What We’re Looking For:

· Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

· Mechanically inclined; comfortable using tools and equipment

· Able to work long hours (40–70 hrs./week)

· Comfortable traveling extensively for work

· Safety-minded with attention to detail

· Previous industrial, construction, or oilfield exposure is a plus — not required
