Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our business footprint through effective client engagement, business development, and sales activities. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of CRM software, and the ability to manage B2B relationships. The Field Executive will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships across various industries.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns, including warm calling and telemarketing to generate leads and follow up on prospects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service.
- Identify potential business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, primarily focusing on technology and CRM software solutions.
- Manage sales pipelines using CRM tools such as Salesforce to track progress and forecast future sales.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute targeted campaigns that support business development goals.
- Conduct B2B sales presentations, demonstrating product value propositions tailored to client needs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and product offerings to effectively position our solutions in the market.
- Provide feedback from clients to internal teams to improve product offerings and customer experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales roles such as inside sales, technical sales, or business development.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing B2B deals.
- Experience with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms is essential.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct outbound calling, warm calling, and telemarketing effectively.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies that support lead generation and customer engagement.
- Ability to work independently in the field while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
