Field Producer

Overview:

SEEK is a new reality competition series where contestants attempt to remain hidden throughout a city while hunters search for them in real time. The series combines reality TV, social media culture, cinematic production, and fast paced digital entertainment into a modern internet-first format.

Episode 1 will be based in Nashville, TN.

The core concept, branding, casting direction, funding, and overall vision for SEEK are already established. We are currently looking for a Field Producer to lead and execute the production side of the series from the ground up.

Role Responsibilities:

This role will be responsible for overseeing and planning the full filming and production execution process for SEEK.

Responsibilities include:

• Structuring and planning the overall filming process for each episode
• Determining how contestants, hunters, and city coverage will be filmed
• Deciding camera setups, equipment needs, filming styles, and production structure
• Leading production planning and overall field execution
• Overseeing camera operators and on-site production coverage
• Building a filming structure that translates the concept into engaging and scalable content
• Planning how the show will function operationally during filming days
• Working closely with the creators of SEEK to help bring the vision of the series to life

We are looking for someone with strong creative instincts who can take an established concept and professionally execute it into a polished production format.

Qualifications:

• Experience working on reality, YouTube, documentary, or digital productions
• Strong understanding of production logistics and filming execution
• Experience with run and gun, fast paced filming environments preferred
• Ability to lead and organize production coverage
• Strong communication and organizational skills

This is an early stage opportunity to help shape and lead the production side of a new entertainment project from the ground up.

Pay: $150.00 - $400.00 per day

• From a production standpoint, how would you execute SEEK?

Please share your vision for filming structure, camera coverage, equipment needs, contestant tracking, number of camera operators, use of GoPros/POVs, city filming logistics, and overall production execution.
