Job Title: Field Purchase Executive – Rice Bran

Job Summary:

The Field Purchase Executive is responsible for sourcing and purchasing rice bran directly from rice mills, suppliers, and traders. The role involves field visits, quality checks, price negotiation, and coordination for timely supply.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and develop rice mills and suppliers for rice bran procurement.

2. Visit supplier locations regularly to assess availability and quality of rice bran.

3. Negotiate purchase price, quantity, and payment terms.

4. Monitor daily purchase quantity and ensure continuous supply as per requirement.

5. Check quality parameters such as freshness, moisture content, and impurities.

6. Coordinate with transporters for timely loading and delivery.

7. Maintain purchase records, supplier details, and daily reports.

8. Follow company purchase policies and approval procedures.

9. Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers and mill owners.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Any graduate / diploma (commerce, agriculture, or related preferred).

2. Knowledge of rice bran quality and market rates is an advantage.

3. Good negotiation and communication skills.

4. Willingness to travel and work in the field.

5. Basic knowledge of documentation and reporting.

Experience:

1. 1 – 5 years of experience in field purchase (preferably rice bran, rice mill, or agro-commodities).

Requirements:

· Willingness to travel frequently

· Fluency in Tamil is mandatory

· Basic communication and coordination skills

· Two-wheeler preferred

Salary: Best in industry (based on experience)

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
