Employment Type: Full-time | On-field Role

Reporting Location: Client Station (as per assigned zone)

Payroll: On Payroll Linquest Global Consulting Private Limited

Billing: Recurring monthly charge based on attendance

CTC Range: ₹22,000 – ₹28,000 per month

Working Hours: Minimum 10 hours/day | 6 days a week

Education: Bachelor’s Degree (any discipline)
Experience: Minimum 6 months in Delivery Associate / Blue-Collar Hiring

Bike: Mandatory

About the Role:

We’re looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Recruiter to support Quick Commerce (QCOMM) and Last Mile (LM) hiring needs across multiple regions.

This is a target-driven, fast-paced role designed to strengthen our clients’ last-mile operations by ensuring a steady supply of trained delivery and warehouse associates.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Achieve 80–100 onboardings per month through field and telephonic sourcing

✅ Make 100–150 calls daily to potential candidates (Delivery Partners, Riders, Associates, etc.)

✅ Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports

✅ Build and manage local sourcing channels – vendors, field drives, referrals, and community networks

✅ Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, selection, onboarding, and documentation

✅ Lead mass hiring campaigns to meet manpower targets

✅ Coordinate with client HR teams, internal stakeholders, and vendors for smooth onboarding

✅ Track attendance, attrition, and deployment of onboarded candidates

✅ Ensure process compliance and timely hiring updates

Required Competencies:

- Minimum 6 months’ experience in delivery associate or blue-collar hiring.

- Strong local sourcing network and vendor management capability.

- Proven ability to work under targets and manage field operations.

- Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and local language (Marathi / Tamil / Telugu / Kannada preferred).

- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and MIS reporting.

- Willingness to travel frequently for sourcing and drive management.

- Bike ownership and valid driving license mandatory.

- Graduate in any discipline (HR or related background preferred).

Other Details:

- Reporting: At client’s station (as per assigned region)

- PF Applicability: As per associate category (IC / GS)

- Field Travel Allowance: Included in CTC

Key Objective:

Ensure steady manpower supply for Quick Commerce and Last Mile operations through consistent, high-quality field recruitment, compliance, and reporting.
