Field Recruiter – Technical

Experience -2 to 5 Years Above in Facility Management

Two Wheeler - Yes Must

Qualification - Any Degree

Salary Range - 25k -50K (based on experience)

. Mainly focus for man power sourcing (technical like plumber ,electrician, mst and etc..

.Use multiple sourcing methods (filed source, job boards, social media, networking events, employee referrals, campus outreach, trade schools)

.Build and maintain a pipeline of passive and active candidates for high-demand technical positions

· In charge of technical personnel for all aspects at the place of duty and ensure its smooth functioning to the fullest satisfaction of clients.

· Manpower handling, Leading field team & encouraging them to work up to the mark.

· Responsible for training, replacement of the staff and issuing of uniforms to employee.

· Responsible for complete employee of the gate during shift.

· Daily checks turn out of guards at the duty place and report to Head.

· Responsible for arranging technician at place in case the existing employee is on leave/absent.

· Brief employee about their roles and responsibilities.

· To ensure all stores, offices are locked and keys deposited / issued as per SOP

· Meeting client on frequent intervals, Establish and maintain cordial relationship with the Client, submitting monthly invoice and collection of payment.

· To check & verify daily deployment and submit attendance report in a to HR/FMS Admin departments for processing salary and Invoice to clients.

· Give proper training to mold the employees in such a way that they should follow company procedure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
