Position: Field Recruitment Specialist / Market Liaison (Other relevant titles may be considered)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an energetic and proactive professional to join our team as a Field Recruitment Specialist. The main responsibility is to actively seek out and recruit laborers, technicians, engineers,drivers and other professionals to join our company. This role involves going into the field, visiting communities, and building relationships with potential candidates — especially among the large population of foreign workers in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel within Abu Dhabi and other relevant areas to identify and approach potential workers.
- Recruit laborers, skilled technicians, engineers, and other positions as required by client projects.
- Communicate effectively with candidates to explain job opportunities, terms, and company benefits.
- Build and maintain a network of contacts among the expatriate workforce.
- Understand the needs and concerns of laborers and know how to engage them professionally and respectfully.
- Collect and verify candidate documentation in line with UAE regulations.
Requirements:
- Must hold a cancelled visa status in the UAE (this is a mandatory condition).
- Valid UAE driving license and ability to drive safely.
- Fluent in English and Urdu or Hindi; knowledge of Arabic is highly advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to connect easily with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Active, creative thinking, and self-motivated approach to work.
- Previous experience in recruitment, field sales, or labor supply is preferred
- Ability to understand labor market dynamics in the UAE and adapt strategies accordingly.
