Field Registered Nurse

Looking for a Registered Nurse to do conduct field visits for a home health agency.

Job Details

• Must be caring and attentive to patients when providing in-home care
• Must have great communication skills to report patient conditions to office staff
• Must chart in a timely manner according to local/federal guidelines
• Must submit route sheets in a timely manner
• Participation in monthly in-services (available through digital platforms)

Requirements

• Home health experience preferred, but orientation available if no experience.
• Proof of current and active license in California, physical exam, chest x-ray/PPD, auto insurance, CPR license, and driver's license
• Knowledge of OASIS, but orientation available if questions arise

Pay: $90.00 - $140.00 per hour
