Field Representative Inspector

Job description:

MUST BE LOCATED IN OR NEAR Chicago---- We’re currently looking for a Field Representative located near the Chicago Metro. This position can include optional travel. Typical travel could include assignments up to 200 miles away, but most of workload is located near the Chicago area.

Responsibilities

1. Work with our inspections team and adjusting team to assess properties.

2. Document damages to properties by taking pictures, and utilizing the proper tools.

3. Be able to communicate and follow instructions while on job sites

4. On site inspections will be required.

Helpful Qualifications:

1. Experience in project cost and estimating.

2. Excellent knowledge of roofing techniques and materials.

3. Ability to identify damage to roofing systems from insured losses.

4. Proficient with Xactimate

5. Proven ability to work under minimal direct supervision.

6. Possess a thorough knowledge of roofing legal issues and safety standards.

7. Experience in Commercial Roofing.
