Overview: Join a field sales team selling residential services via door-to-door outreach. You will canvass assigned routes, engage routed warm/hot leads, follow a defined sales playbook, and close sales at the doorstep. This role is suited to coachable, energetic communicators who are comfortable on their feet and focused on daily results.
Training and tools:

Key responsibilities:

Canvass assigned streets and engage pre-scheduled warm/hot leads

Perform brief needs assessments, present appropriate plans, and close on site

Record doors, conversations, demos, and closes; maintain no backlog daily

Coordinate installs/activations and confirm appointment windows at the door when possible

Report common objections and successes during daily and weekly team huddles
Qualifications:

Strong face-to-face presence and comfort with scripts and repetition

Persistent, organized, reliable, and receptive to coaching

Comfortable using a smartphone and CRM; valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Compensation:

This is a 1099 contractor, commission-only role with a paid training bonus
