Field Rider Cum Workshop Assistant

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Motorbike Driver & Workshop Assistant to support daily workshop operations and handle on-road tasks such as deliveries, collections, and errands. This role combines hands-on workshop support with safe and efficient motorbike driving. The ideal candidate is organized, hardworking, and comfortable working in a fast-paced technical environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Workshop Support

• Assist technicians with workshop tasks, including preparation, cleaning, repairing and organizing tools and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the workshop area.
• Support inventory management by receiving, labeling, and storing materials.
•  Prepare items for repair, assembly, or dispatch as instructed.
• Assist in loading and unloading materials, parts, and equipment.
• Follow all safety procedures and report any hazards or equipment issues.

Motorbike Driving Duties

• Drive a company motorbike to deliver or collect parts, documents, and materials as required.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery to clients, suppliers, or internal departments.
• Maintain the motorbike in good working condition, including routine checks and reporting any maintenance needs.
• Follow all UAE traffic laws and company driving policies.
• Represent the company professionally while on the road.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous experience in a workshop, warehouse, or technical environment is an advantage.
• Valid UAE motorbike license (Category 1)
• Familiarity with basic tools and workshop procedures is a plus.
