About the Role
Superior Lawn Care is hiring a Field Sales & Account Manager to grow and manage residential and commercial accounts across lawn care, pest control, termite, and mosquito services.
This is a field-based, relationship-driven sales role. You'll work directly with customers, spend time in the field with technicians, and take ownership of both new business growth and existing account expansion.

What This Role Is (and Is Not)
Field-based sales (not inside sales)
Mix of inbound leads and proactive outreach
Residential and commercial customers
Hands-on involvement with technicians and operations
What You'll Do
Grow revenue across multiple home service lines (lawn, pest, termite, mosquito)
Manage and expand existing customer accounts
Follow up on inbound leads and proactively pursue new opportunities
Meet customers on site to assess needs and close sales
Support and coach technicians and sales staff on identifying sales opportunities
Conduct ride-alongs and field coaching
Handle commercial bids, pricing discussions, and negotiations
Track pipeline activity, close rates, and performance metrics in the CRM
Partner with marketing on promotions and lead generation
Ensure smooth handoff from sales to operations for service delivery
Support customer retention, upsells, and cross-selling opportunities
Qualifications
3+ years of sales or account management experience within the green industry (lawn care, landscaping, tree care, or irrigation)
Demonstrated success consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
Comfortable splitting time between the field and office environment
Strong communication skills with excellent organization and follow-through
Experience using CRM systems to track leads, activity, and performance
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Compensation & Benefits
$60,000 - $90,000+ total annual compensation
(Base salary + commission/bonus; top performers can exceed this range)
