Field Sales and Marketing Executive

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth through direct client interactions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for pitching products/services, executing field marketing strategies, and converting leads into successful deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-person meetings and presentations to potential clients
  • Pitch products and services effectively to close sales deals
  • Develop and execute field marketing strategies to expand market reach
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Negotiate contracts and terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
  • Track field sales activities, report progress, and provide feedback for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align field efforts with business objectives

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in field sales, marketing, and business development
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to pitch, convince, and close deals independently
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Result-oriented with a proactive and self-motivated attitude
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting is a plus

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
