About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth through direct client interactions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for pitching products/services, executing field marketing strategies, and converting leads into successful deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-person meetings and presentations to potential clients
- Pitch products and services effectively to close sales deals
- Develop and execute field marketing strategies to expand market reach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Negotiate contracts and terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
- Track field sales activities, report progress, and provide feedback for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align field efforts with business objectives
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in field sales, marketing, and business development
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Ability to pitch, convince, and close deals independently
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
- Result-oriented with a proactive and self-motivated attitude
- Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting is a plus
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
