Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective outside sales strategies, account management, and relationship building with clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, technology sales, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and expand market presence.
  • Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Manage existing accounts while seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients.
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and analyze sales data.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to effectively position our products.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outside sales or territory management within a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of business development principles and account management practices.
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce to manage leads and customer interactions.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and identify growth opportunities.
  • Ability to conduct product demos that engage potential clients and highlight key features.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Experience in technical sales or marketing is a plus, along with knowledge of lead generation techniques.
