Field Sales Officer - Dealers & Distribution

As a Field Sales Officer- Dealers and Distribution, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the business by appointing new distributors, maintaining strong relationships with existing distributors, executing marketing activities, analyzing sales data, and ensuring excellent execution of promotion and product launch plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Appointing new distributors and expanding the market in the allocated territory.
  • Regular visits to meet existing distributors & retailers to address concerns related to

products or customers.

  • Conducting market mapping to implement marketing activities across all channels.
  • Reviewing dealer/distribution sales against monthly targets.
  • Developing promotion and product launch plans and ensuring their successful

execution.

  • Preparing sales analysis and market analysis reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly

basis.

Requirements:

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 3 - 4 years of experience in dealer-distribution

and retail sales management in the FMCG category. The ideal candidate should have a

successful track record of managing multiple sales operations, having strong sales &

negotiation skills along with excellent customer relationship management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in FMCG sales or a similar role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Must have a Bike along with a valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
