Greeting customersMaking customers feel welcome and supported when they arrive at the dealership.

Understanding customersAsking questions and listening to customers to determine their needs

Explaining vehiclesProviding information about the features, warranties, and benefits of the vehicles on display

Helping customers chooseOffering test drives and helping customers understand the technical details and legal requirements of the vehicles they're interested in

Processing purchasesHelping customers with financing and purchase options, and negotiating prices and trade-in values

Delivering vehiclesEnsuring that customers understand the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork

Following upContacting customers after delivery to ensure they're satisfied with their purchase

Keeping up with changesStaying informed about new products, features, and competitors' offers and sales tactics

Developing sales skillsContinually developing sales skills and product knowledge

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹9000-10000per month

Education:

Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

experiencedAutomobile Sales: Freshers

Bengali & Hindi (Preferred)
