Duties and Responsibilities
· The key Sales development excicutive is responsible for driving business growth by accruing new Customers, Managing key accounts .This role involves building good relationship with companies and other customers identifying and understanding their requirements and delivering constant and quality service.
· Collaborate with ground sales team to develop to develop customer retention strategies and counter competitor’s activities, minimizing their impact on our business.
· Conduct regular field visits to all assigned customers and companies within the territory, maintain a strong relation with them and building trust.
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and progress against target.
· Provide regular update to the sales manager on key performance matrix and business insights.
· Meet Performance goals and achieve monthly sales target.
· Resolve customer complaints and Service related issues promptly to maintain goodwill.
Requirements and Qualities
· Strong Communication and negotiation skills.
· Basic knowledge identifying market trends and customer behaviour.
· Min 2 years’ experience in Field sales and marketing.
· Willingness to travel.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
