Field Sales Director - Imaging/Medical Diagnostics

The Opportunity

This isn’t a traditional sales leadership role.

One Source Medical Diagnostics is at a stage where growth is no longer about maintaining relationships — it’s about intentionally scaling them. We’re looking for a Field Sales Director who understands how to connect strategy, revenue, and execution to drive meaningful expansion across a multi-site imaging centers.

You’ll step into a highly visible role, partnering directly with executive leadership to influence how we grow, where we grow, and who we grow with.

This is a field-based leadership role with visibility across the organization and direct partnership with executive leadership. The environment is fast-moving, relationship-driven, and focused on long-term growth — not short-term wins.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• At a high level, this role is accountable for expanding market share through physician and attorney referral channels, while driving sustained business growth and optimizing financial outcomes across our imaging centers.
• That means building and executing a clear market strategy, strengthening physician and attorney relationships, and creating structure and accountability across the sales function. It also means bringing a strong financial lens — understanding what’s working, what’s not, and where to invest for the highest return.
• You’ll lead and develop a field-based team while staying close enough to the market to drive momentum personally. This is very much a player/coach environment.
• Success in this role is measured by more than activity — it’s about volume growth, market expansion, and sustained referral pipelines.

What You Bring

• You’ve operated in environments where relationships drive business — healthcare, imaging, or other referral-based models — and you understand how to turn those relationships into consistent, scalable growth.
• You’re comfortable owning outcomes, not just efforts. That includes having real exposure to revenue performance, forecasting, budgeting, and the broader financial picture, not just top-line activity.
• You’ve led teams, built structure where it didn’t exist, and know how to balance strategy with execution. You don’t need heavy direction — you know how to assess a market, identify opportunity, and move.
• If you have experience within outpatient imaging, radiology, or the personal injury (PI) space, that will translate quickly here.

Compensation & Benefits

This role is designed for a leader who expects to be rewarded for performance and impact.

• Base Salary: $120,000 – $140,000
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $150,000 - $180,000
• Car Allowance: Monthly allowance to support field-based travel
