To support our expanding business and commitment to excellence, we are building a high-Caliber team of Field Sales Engineers.
The Role:
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Engineers to develop and grow our market presence. In this role, you will be the technical expert and face of Saifko, responsible for understanding complex customer needs and providing tailored solutions from our elite portfolio of T&M instruments.
Key Responsibilities:
· Drive sales and achieve targets for the entire Saifko portfolio of Test & Measurement solutions.
· Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.
· Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution-based selling.
· Understand client challenges in depth and propose the most effective products from our diverse range.
· Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the assigned territory and sector.
· Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals.
· Collaborate with technical support and principals to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications & Experience:
· Mandatory: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering.
· Mandatory: A minimum of 5 years of proven field sales experience, specifically in selling Test & Measurement instruments & Equipment’s or related industrial solutions.
· A strong technical understanding with the ability to engage with engineers and technical decision-makers.
Preferred Industry Experience:
Candidates with prior sales experience in the following sectors will be highly preferred:
· Aerospace & Defense
· Energy (including Power Sector, IPPs
· Industry (Fertilizer, Oil & Gas, Cement, Sugar & Food)
· Education Institutes & Universities (Labs & Research Departments)
· Telecommunication
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- A self-starter with a proven track record of opening new accounts and building a sales pipeline.
- Ability to grasp complex technical concepts and communicate them effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- A problem-solver who focuses on providing value to the customer.
